a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with care and understanding. I am a member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I strictly adhere to their professional code of ethics.

My approach is deeply rooted in Person-Centred Therapy, where I create a compassionate space through empathy, non-judgment, and authenticity. I also integrate techniques from Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Compassion-Focused Therapy to tailor each session to your unique needs.
